唉，當時刻意在 vm 裡面測試這個。結果, windows 7 裡面的 firewall, defender 全部都沒有警告。當然，慢吞吞的 Trend 也比別人慢了幾天才出解藥。這次故事告訴我，不要只相信一家的防護軟體。我把 Defender 跟 Firewall 關了，改裝 spybot-SD 跟 Comodo firewall, 這樣安心一點，而且兩個還都是 free 的。防毒用 essential ? 別鬧了。

i-gotu 的測試



gpx 在 Mac 上只能匯出，要想辦法跟 iphoto 結合才行, 經過爬文 (進行式), 方法整理如下：
前置工作:

1. 購賣 GPS 記錄器 (廢話)
2. 準備軟體：igotu2gpx, GPSPhotoLinker,
   

安裝與設定使用：

1. 下載並安裝 igotu2gpx 的 Mac 版(現在也有 Windows 版跟 Ubuntu 版)。這樣就能把記錄器裡面的紀錄抓出來。Windows 似乎沒有必要，因為原廠就有附上視窗版程式。
2. 安裝GPSPhotoLinker
   

開始騎著 T3小紅以來，不論是相招約騎還是自己一個人騎，都頗得樂趣。
平路時，享受騁馳的速度感；爬坡時，跟自己沈重的呼吸對話；逆風時，感覺到不進則退的體悟。

還清楚記得第一次爬長坡，心理的 OS 一直說，何苦來哉，騎騎17公里親子路線就好了，沒事虐待自己為啥？慢慢的，發現到，在那種時候，完全是自己跟自己對話，很自然的把俗務拋在腦後。很寧靜。真好！

喜歡上騎卡踏車的樂趣。
